Sarah Cipkar

Sarah Cipkar is currently a PhD student in the Department of Geography and Planning at the University of Toronto. After developing a proof of concept for Windsor, ON, she is co-leading the ADUSearch.ca national research project as part of CMHC’s Housing Supply Challenge - Round 1, which has now scaled to 30 municipalities across Canada. In 2020, Sarah built her own detached additional dwelling unit (ADU) and continues to think, research and consult for small-scale development projects in the Windsor region.
