Biography :

I am a MSc student in physical geography studying southern Yukon paleoclimate reconstruction using midge head capsules. I completed my HBSc at the University of Toronto - Mississauga (UTM), with a major in biology and minors in environmental management and mathematical sciences.

Additionally, I am the current Secretary for the Toronto Entomologists' Association (TEA).

My past research includes an undergraduate project where I evaluated milkweed pollinator richness and abundance in urban and rural environments, collaborating on a COSEWIC Arthropod Status Report on a moth species in Ontario and evaluating the species' range in August 2021, and an undergraduate dendrochronology project reconstructing past climatic conditions using eastern white cedar in the Halliburton forest.
