Biography

Since the age of 8, I have always known that I wanted to pursue a career in urban development and city planning, driven by my deep passion for and admiration of urban environments, both domestically and internationally. In Grade 9, I developed a secondary passion for the natural environment, particularly focusing on access to greenspaces and devising mitigation and adaptation strategies for the impacts of the ongoing climate crisis on cities.

These interests came together and were further enriched through the completion of an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies and Environmental Geography at UofT, complemented by a Certificate in Sustainable Pathways. I aspire to continue building on these passions while pursuing my MScPl degree at UofT, with the ultimate goal of identifying and implementing solutions to address the potential impacts of intensified natural disasters in a rapidly changing climate.
